Job description
The Back of House Operations Coordinator ensures a remarkable operation for the kitchen. Working closely with the Operations Leaders in their department to create action and derive results in areas such as labor, food cost, food safety, food quality, Guest experience, and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Associate's Degree (preferred) High School Diploma or GED (required)
- A current ServeSafe certificate
- Have executed the path to Operations Coordinator
- Knowledge of Chick-fil-A's policies and procedures
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
- Project management skills
- Attend the Leadership Fundamentals 301 course
Responsibilities:
- Cascading communication from slack and group chats
- Inventory
- Truck ordering, transfers, build tos, end of month
- Back of House scheduling
- Facilitate meetings with their Back of House Team
- Cleanliness
- Facilities Maintenance
- Supply Central Ordering
- Development of the Back of House Team
Metrics:
- Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) metrics
- Overall Satisfaction, Order Accuracy, Fast Service, Taste, Attentive & Courteous, and Cleanliness
- Labor productivity
- Food safety score
- Quality Improvement Visit (QIV) score
- Food Cost under budget
REQUIREMENTS
