Since 2019, Mid-Atlantic Water Sports has been a leading Lake Anna boat rental, boat sales, boat repair & service shop in the Lake Anna region. We have serviced hundreds of boats to date and our customers rave about our service both on the lake and off of the lake. At our shop locations located in Mineral, Virginia, close to Tim's Rivershore of Lake Anna, and Pleasants Landing (349 Pleasants Landing Rd Bumpass, Va), we're committed to providing quality service to all of our customers - from first-time boat owners to experienced captains.

Summary:

This position is perfect for energetic and outdoorsy young adults looking for a seasonal job at Lake Anna in 2023. This fast paced position will give you the opportunity to grow your leadership and communication skills, while building lifelong friendships and having a blast!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare boats, rental equipment, paperwork, etc. prior to guests arriving for rental.
• Checking customers in and out of boats at the beginning and end of rentals.
• Providing basic boating guidance and knowledge of Lake Anna.
• Professionally and swiftly addressing basic questions, concerns, and issues as they arise, with a priority on customer satisfaction.
• Daily moving and cleaning of boats and equipment.
• Assisting in pro shops when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid boating license or be able to obtain one.
• Must be comfortable and operating boats.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Weekend, weekday, and Holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from any Mid Atlantic Watersports location.
