Summit Veterinary Referral Center is hiring
Full time or Part time Board Certified Veterinary Technician Specialists
Your role may include, but is not limited to the following:
- Become proficient in anesthetizing cases undergoing cardiac procedures (e.g., pulmonic balloon valvuloplasty, pacemaker implantation, PDA occlusion/ligation)
- Train additional LVTs on specialty cases and complicated anesthetic procedures
- Work with services other than surgery to help streamline and improve all aspects of the anesthetic episode
- Help to organize hospital-wide case rounds and/or morbidity and mortality rounds and/or journal club
- Present CE to technicians on various anesthesia topics 3-4 times per year
- Work closely with the anesthesiologist(s) helping to oversee cases that may need assistance with anesthesia or analgesia

- Board Certified Licensed Veterinary Technician
