To accomplish our mission, our BCBA’s maintain low caseloads to ensure quality staff supervision, prompt program updates and modifications, and ongoing family and staff collaboration. BCBAs collaborate on cases as needed and attend monthly meetings focused on improving our services. All staff are encouraged to attend the annual SCABA conference (registration costs covered by Milestones) to continue to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Our Service Model

We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting which allows for ample supervision, ongoing collaboration & communication amongst staff, and all the resources necessary to complete job responsibilities. Home and community sessions are scheduled as needed which allows for additional training opportunities as well as generalization of skills for our learners and staff.

The emotional and physical well-being of our staff is critical to our operation, and we appreciate the importance of maintaining a work-life balance. We encourage honest and open communication regarding scheduling, time off, as well as breaks throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Conduct skill-based assessments and standardized tools such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, PDDBI, Vineland-3

- Design individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design/continuously monitor behavior intervention plans

- Write assessment reports and progress summaries

- Monitor progress and continuously review program effectiveness through visual analysis

- Provide hands-on supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

- Provide ongoing direct training and support to caregivers

- Collaborate with families, RBT’s, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive programming

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study

- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing + verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

- Ability to pass a background check

- Completed (or willingness to complete) an 8-hour supervisor training that satisfies the BACB requirements to provide supervision to RBT’s

- Willingness to learn and ability to work within a team environment

- Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form

- Ability to problem solve, work independently and make sound clinical decisions

- Minimum of two years’ experience working with young children in some capacity (experience working with autism preferred)

Employment will be offered at an hourly rate starting at $45.00/hour during the probationary period and starting at $50.00/hour once employee has passed probationary period and met job requirements. Listed salary is based on a full-time schedule (25 hours/week).
