Judevine’s mission is to make a real difference in the quality of life for children and adults with autism and their families, wherever they may live.

BCBA’s are responsible for providing ongoing support to their clients and the RBT’s working with them. The ideal candidate will develop treatment plans and provide training and oversight to the RBT’s that will be implementing the plans. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role. Additionally, the BCBA must react well under pressure, approach others in a tactful manner, treat others with dignity and respect, follow through on commitments and accept responsibility for their actions. The BCBA will demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, seek ways to promote and enhance quality, and apply feedback provided to improve performance.

In this role a BCBA will:

  • Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, Judevine staff and any other professional who may be working with the client(s).
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and any other assessments needed to ensure quality services (i.e.: VB-MAPP, ADOS 2, ABBLS, etc.) as well as, design, analyze, and modify ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members and members of the client’s education environment (as applicable) regarding their progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions, as appropriate.
  • Provide services in a variety of settings which may include the clinic, family homes, community settings, and schools.
  • Ensure that all RBT’s are trained adequately on each support plan they are working with and monitor their service delivery to ensure accurate and quality services are provided consistently. This includes training, modeling, and providing feedback on the implementation of the support plans.
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions as needed.
  • Complete all documentation as required on a timely basis and in accordance with established procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, progress notes, data collection, documenting incidents as needed, and timely and accurate billing.
  • Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s must be able to work independently and, in a team setting. They must stay current with all trainings, certifications/CEU’s, and/or licensure requirements for the position. They must perform their work and supervision with high ethical standards, according to Judevine and BACB’s guidelines. The BCBA must consistently attend work on time, ensure responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrive to meetings and appointments on time and fully prepared. They must also take responsibility for their own actions, keep their commitments, accept constructive feedback, develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly, and commit to the completion of work to reach goals and deadlines.

Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 annually - commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

We are looking for a BCBA who:

  • Has experience and training in providing applied behavior analysis to children and families.
  • Has experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Has a Master’s degree in human services and is certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, in good standing with the BACB.
  • Has a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and is willing to travel in the surrounding area, as needed.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Must pass family care safety registry background screening.
