The student will work on an NIH funded project. Specifically: perform 3D ultrasound scanning, imaging, data analysis on human donor globes and experimental porcine globes, perform mechanical testing on tissues before and after mechanical alternations, develop and modify codes to speed up data processing using GPU computers, develop algorithms for and perform 3D segmentation, processing, and analysis of ultrasound and histology images.Temporary (Fixed Term) 20 First Shift
