We are looking for a professional to join our Byhalia, MS team as a Yard Binder Technician The Yard Binder Technician Responsible for operating and maintaining the binder area and process water areas with all, of its components, maintaining a high standard regarding safety, quality and output.

This is What You Offer:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Drive, commitment, positive attitude and high energy
- Must have a good understanding in how equipment operates in order to clear equipment safely.
- Must be a team player
- Have a working knowledge of resin pumps and cooling system (preferred)
- The ability to read and understand written instructions
- Must be able to take direction and work at times with minimal supervision
- Hands-on problem solver
- High energy and commitment
- Able to lift 60lbs independently or 120lbs with a colleague
- The ability to shovel heavy waste to shoulder height
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment for 12 hours daily
- Curiosity to learn how to melt stone into lava!
Essential Functions:
- Checks and/or is maintaining resin transfer pump, tank percentages, pond level, resin dilution tank, water pressures/WCC
- Performs moisture testing
- Safely unloads ammonia hydroxide, dextrose, binder resin, silane and impregnation oil
- Monitors and change process water filters, as needed
- Other tasks as needed or assigned
- Collects and/or tests samples of process water, resin, binder and raw materials
- Performs tap-density tests
