Our fast-growing, multi-specialty practice is looking for a Billing Support Specialist! Timberlane Dental Group is different from other dental offices in Vermont. We have a multi-specialty dental practice where we truly offer advanced, comprehensive dental care for all members of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Processes Accounts Receivable;
• Runs Accounts Receivable reports;
• Assists with collections;
• Balances Daily Deposits;
• Monitors Accounts Receivables and follows up with patients and insurance carriers as needed;
• Assists Patient Account Specialists as needed;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Must have the ability to adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior.

Working Conditions

The position requires some physical exertion, including sitting, standing, walking, occasional light lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling and reaching out. The job requires operation of typical office equipment, including computers, telephones, copiers, fax etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
