Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday hours will rotate between the early shift (7:00 am - 9:00 am) and the later shift (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm), Wednesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR BILLING SPECIALIST

In this chiropractic office Billing Specialist position, we rely on you to not only keep operations flowing seamlessly, but you also play a crucial role in making sure that everything from tracking insurance payments to following up with necessary contacts to ensure payments are done with quality and efficiency in mind. You are detail-oriented and are sure to keep patient accounts accurately updated, audited, and reconciled appropriately. Additionally, you complete data entry, track care plans, work with outsourced billing companies, work with electronic records, scan paperwork, and more. You are an active team player and make a point to keep our office clean and tidy while keeping a smile on your face! If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

• At least 2 years of billing experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Current driver's license
• Above average proficiency with computers and certain software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office)
