United Insurance & Services is a small business in Stafford, TX. We are an independent insurance agency.

Our company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and responding to emails and chat requests to solve customer issues. The right candidate will have prior experience dealing with customers, possess strong language skills and be capable of multi-tasking. We are looking for a Full-time Bilingual Customer Service Rep. Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and concerns.
• Represent the company to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone, e-mail, and text message.
• Handle all customer service-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement resolution plans for customer problems.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service.
• Implement and follow company social media policies.,.
• Filing, scanning
• Pending reports
• No experience is needed however you must be a people person, You can not be shy, We need someone willing to learn.

Required:

MUST be bilingual (English - Spanish)
