Location: Remote Work Option Available, or work out of one of our 5 call centers (Bryan/College Station, Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, San Marcos)

What you'll do: As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct interviews on a wide variety of topics. You will conduct telephone interviews using a CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) System. You will interact with survey respondents in a polite and professional manner. You will participate in ongoing development through initial basic interviewer training, survey monitoring feedback, and other training programs.
Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking both English and Korean
- Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
- Basic understanding of good customer service
Experience:
No experience necessary. Paid Training provided.
Open to applicants under 18 years of age provided it is legally allowed for the job and location.
Schedules Available:
Evening and weekend hours available
Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week).
Pay: $20 per hour
One weekend shift (Sat or Sun) required
