We're Hiring!

Fun Pug is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated and enthusiastic Bike Rental Delivery Driver to join our team.

As a Bike Rental Delivery Driver for Fun Pug, it is your job to deliver and pick up rental bicycles and to keep all rental bikes checked and maintained. Additionally, you will assemble bikes.

Responsibilities:

* Check all rental items for damages or issues left from previous renters
* Be knowledgeable of basic bicycle mechanics or willing to quickly learn new skills within that facet
* Diagnose and service all types of repairs
* Safely assemble and ready new rental bikes
* Deliver and pickup rental items
* Will perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* Must provide excellent customer service when speaking with partners, customers, and property owners
* Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
* Know the area or be willing to learn the area and property locations
* Able and comfortable driving a company vehicle
* Able to lift up to 60 lbs consecutively and when delivering and picking up bikes from rental properties
* Able to use hand tools for the maintenance of bikes and other rental equipment
* Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently, and perform repairs within established time limits
* Able to prioritize the workday and multi-task

* High school diploma or GED

* 1+ years of mechanic experience (preferred)

Candidates with the right combination of knowledge, experience, and/or training may also be considered for the position

* Will train the right person

Cyclists with experience in cycling, customer service, and fast-paced work environments are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with the area, knowledge of how to get around, and places to see are also encouraged

Compensation:

* Starting Pay - $16 hr - $18 hr (DOE)

* Tips

* Bonus (Depending on Performance)

Schedule:

* Mon-Sun, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

* Weekend/Holiday Availability

* 8 hr Shifts

Work Conditions:

Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Ability to work outdoors with potential exposure too hazardous conditions such as extreme heat, cold, sun exposure, rain, loud noises, etc.
