A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BILINGUAL Accounts Receivable Collections Agent

Your ultimate goal as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Collections Agent is to continually enhance the customer and company's relationship by providing top-notch customer service. Throughout the course of the workday, you provide clear and friendly phone communications with customers. You help them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction. Demonstrating diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accounts, you contact customers whose agreements have expired as well as references on expired accounts. You also handle field collections and de-installations and schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that gives you the ability to thrive in your element.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Current driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
