About the Job
- Support the Field Account Team surrounding sample management, assets to sales team and accounts.
- Manage Joor B2B Tool both weekly and seasonal for all launches
- Joor customer support
- Sales Admin projects
- Support sales team in set up and breakdown of tradeshows
Seasonal Assets Support
- Organize, box, ship SRS sets, swatches, and all seasonal assets to reps in time for season launch
- Facilitate checking back in SRS lines
- Manage Joor linesheet upload for launch
ATS Support:
- Manage Joor B2B Tool
- Review ATS (daily)
- Create assets for sales representatives that are tailored to ats collections (1 x week)
- Add/remove styles to JOOR as they come in/out of inventory (daily)
- Update lead images in JOOR so high inventory styles are front facing (daily)
- Identify low ats styles (daily)
Joor tech support for all of wholesale customers
- Account set up
- Log in
- How to place an order
- Host monthly JOOR training sessions
Sales Admin projects:
- Help facilitate projects as they come in, such as adding leads to Salesforce
- New customer prospecting
- Lapsed account tracking and support
Gratis Ordering
- Place orders for specialty sales team
Trade Shows
- Set up and break down booth, along with team
The expected starting salary range for this role is $41,500- $67,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
