DETAILS:

As a Program Director, you will serve as an integral part of the sales and marketing team.

You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients with available leads in a niche market.

Assist with communications on behalf of the company, manage the direct needs of our members through a needs-based analysis computerized program designed to simplify the process, as well as completing the necessary paperwork.

As the Program Director you will be assigned to a General Manager that will assure your success, with hands-on one-on-one training.

You will also have the choice to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure.

Our training program promotes from within and is designed to give you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one.

Our company prides itself on our support staff and we are willing to train highly motivated candidates for future management opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Honesty & transparency with the company and clients at all times
Outgoing, fun & energetic with an upbeat personality
Accountability & Coachability
Time management skills
Pass a criminal background check

DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members that request our programs, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. No experience necessary, training is available.

Full benefits (after 90 days)
First year Directors average between $65,000 - $85,000 a year
