What you will learn and contribute to
As the Business Operations Manager at Bell Labs Consulting's global organization, your primary responsibility will be managing and driving daily operations. This involves overseeing order intake, revenue realization, portfolio and knowledge management, and people development. You'll also manage pipeline, orders, sales, and financial data across various client industries, functional practices, and regions. Additionally, you'll be responsible for governance, supporting knowledge and people development programs, and initiating and driving operational improvement programs.
As part of our team, you will:
- Lead and manage Bell Labs Consulting's operations and P&L
- Handle all order and project booking, processing, forecasting, and reporting accurately and predictably
- Partner with Bell Labs Consulting Practices and Nokia organization as an operations interface
- Initiate and lead projects to improve operations across consulting dimensions
- Own and implement best practices, identify bottlenecks, and drive change execution.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance
- 10+ years of experience leading Business Operations in Consulting globally across multiple cultures and time zones
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and matrix organizations, solve problems positively, drive constant change, and lead people not accountable to you
