The Integrated Clinician for Digital Triage is responsible for screening, assessing, and triaging patients with various behavioral health and psychological conditions of mild to moderate complexity into the best-fit digital intervention, or a community-based treatment.

Position Highlights:

• Assess patients for Behavioral Health disorders, symptoms and conditions including substance use
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for patients presenting in need of immediate care
• Provide follow-up to patients to monitor and assess risk and treatment progress
• Develop triage planning for patients requiring behavioral health treatment with digital tools or community partners outside of the organization
• Enhance patient engagement by providing short behavioral interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited school
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a LMHC or LICSW to practice independently in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• 1-3 years of clinical Behavioral Health experience
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in EMR systems & technology
• At least two years practice
• Experience in substance use counseling
