Sallyz Center For Autism has immediate opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) and Behavior Technicians(BT). If you are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys working with children, a new career at Sallyz might be the job for you. We are currently seeking Part-time and full-time staff to work with children in our South Windsor Center.

1st considerations are given to applicants with afternoon, evening, and at least 1-2 Saturday availabilities (9am -1pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and implement the treatment plan as written by board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA).
• Remain enthusiastically and actively engaged with the client during the treatment sessions
• Carry out clinical and administrative tasks such as data collection and progress notes
• Work both cooperatively with a team of support staff and independently as needed
• Communicate professionally with family, team and supervisors
• Attend planned trainings to meet the needs of the client.
• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Protect the confidentiality of the child and family
• Be professional and exhibit good work ethics.

Qualifications:

• Being kind, and enjoys working with children
• Minimum of an Associate Degree(preferably in a mental health field)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
