WHO WE ARE:

First Children Services is currently seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! We are a family operated and family-focused organization with a mission to provide life-changing care to the exceptional children we support.

Our STRIVE Autism Care Continuum is a multi-site psychological, counseling, and ABA center serving children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. At STRIVE, we provide diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based psychotherapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral parent training, and outreach, training and consultation to schools, agencies, and the community. We are a passionate, diverse and dynamic group of team members; unique for our collaborative spirit and strict adherence to high-quality, evidence-based practice.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

• Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children with autism and behavioral challenges.
• Patience and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Access to reliable transportation; willingness to commute.
• Ability to follow client specific goals in a clinic/school/home setting.
• Document sessions through our electronic data system.
• At least one year of caring for others at some capacity.
• HS Diploma
• Willingness to complete RBT Certification

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• caregiving: 1 year (Required)
