Achievements Unlimited is a company that provides ABA direct care to participants in a class room setting, as outlined in a daily schedule. Supports provided are dependent on specific goals and objectives of each participant. This may include working one-on-one in a group setting.

Duties:

-Provide direct care as outlined in policies and individual service plans.

-Take daily log notes

-Implement ABA procedures and take data on individual goals.

-Maintain professional relationship with individuals, families, community members, and residential staff.

Requirements:

-HS diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

-Clean Background Check

-Willingness to work with adults with challenging behavior, including aggression.

-Ability to pass all training as required by our company and the state of Missouri

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
Temperatures taking before entering building, No one but current staff/clients allowed in building, no communal eating areas, Shared workspaces and materials disinfected, All AU staff required to wear mask , social distancing and travel restrictions.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
