As a Behavior Healthcare Technician, you will work 1:1 with children and young adults with autism, applying and implementing behavior analytical techniques that increase communication, self-help, and social and play skills under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will also provide a positive and safe environment and experience for all clients and parents, utilize positive reinforcement and originator modification to increase appropriate behaviors over time, and manage any inappropriate behaviors that occur.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. You should have experience or a strong interest in working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities, as well as the ability to multi-task, maintain patient confidentiality, and develop strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and you must be able to pass a state and FBI background check, child abuse clearance, and drug screen. First Aid/CPR certification is required, and you must have reliable transportation to travel to the clinic and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
