ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
  • This position consist of clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult
  • Development and revision of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)
  • Oversight of the implementation of the ITP and consultation with a child, youth or young adult treatment team regarding the ITP
  • Oversight of the Assistant Behavior Consultant and Behavioral Health Technician - ABA
  • Assures the completion of supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws including training, assigning, and directing work of employees

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (up to 40 hours a week) during daylight & after school/early evening hours may vary based on assigned consumers.

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Master's degree
  • Licensed in this Commonwealth in one of the following:
    • Psychiatrist
    • Psychologist
    • Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP)
    • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Social Worker (LSW)
    • Behavior Specialist (LBS)
    • or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
  • And one of the following:
    • BCBA
    • 1 year of full time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits of ABA
    • 1 year of full time or equivalent experience providing ABA services under BCBA supervision

**Licensed Psychologist in this Commonwealth and have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing clinical oversight of an ABA program and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board **

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills
  • Up to 100% of travel between clinic, program office, and community locations
  • Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system
  • Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS: $1250 at 90 days | $1250 at 180 days | $1250 at 270 days | $1250 at 365 days.
