Hunter Automotive Group is looking for an energetic and progressive BDC Manager to lead a partially remote sales and service BDC in Fletcher, NC!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and measure the internet and business development processes
  • Manage a partially remote BDC team
  • Oversee and inspect that data is complete and accurate for reporting
  • Compare desk logs to CRM (DriveCentric) for consistency
  • Oversee sold appointment charts
  • Ensure that all leads are responded to within 5 minutes
  • Ensure that Sales and Service BDC Agents are hitting their required daily goals
  • Handling on-the-spot issues with customers
  • Monitor overdue tasks in DriveCentric and counsel staff
  • Work with Service BDC for maximum appointment efficiency and 1st visit requirements
  • Recruit staff for both Sales and Service to ensure that both BDRs are covered
  • Train all new hires
  • Review inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and texts for coaching opportunities
  • Ensure reception is covered for breaks, lunch, vacations, sickness, etc

Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate organizational skills and be detailed oriented
  • Ability to collect and analyze appropriate performance metrics
  • Ability to recruit, train and motivate the BDR team
  • Always lead by example: outgoing, personable, energetic, team player
  • Ability to interact with both senior and peer managers within the dealership
  • Demonstrate an understanding and determination to the business interests of the dealership
  • Ability to create and maintain a professional work environment
  • Maintain standards for delivering sales opportunities to the sales and/or service departments
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read and execute instructions and information
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver license
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent communication skills

Position Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience within the service and/or sales departments at a leadership level
  • Business acumen and savvy for forward-thinking objectives
  • Ability to navigate and efficiently utilize computer programs
  • Ability to lead the department in training and feedback to optimize the agent's experience and achieve production levels
