Insurance Coverage Attorney | Workers' Comp Attorney
Baton Rouge
Seeking an Associate Attorney in Baton Rouge with a minimum 2-5+ years' of Insurance Coverage and/or Workers' Compensation practice areas for an AV-Preeminent, full-service law firm known for providing high quality litigation in LA. Empathy and passion for helping the injured; helping to guide clients through the case process; ability to manage a high-volume caseload and ready to hit the ground running, are all great qualities for this role.
The successful candidate will be a positive, self-starter, and interested in joining a team of Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers in America.

  • Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

  • Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions

  • Defending depositions

  • Strong written and verbal communication
