Northland Country Club, a private golf and country club located in Duluth, MN is seeking Bartenders to join our F&B team.
$10.95 an hour + tips
Full-time and part-time seasonal positions available
Full-time team members will qualify for medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k with company match and paid time off.

Northland Country Club is a private Golf and Country Club located in beautiful Duluth, MN The club features an 18-hole, par 71 golf course, tennis courts, heated outdoor pool,year-round casual and finedining, and banquet services. During the summer months, the club also offers outdoor food and beverage service.

Job purpose
To provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers needs and expectations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender preferred
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
