The Lead Line cook job is to prepare food to the exact Restaurant Managers specifications and to set up stations for menu. Duties will consist of assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily tasks including prep/pull, inventory, training new cooks and maintaining cleanliness. Culinary passion and desire will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and food quality goals. To be a successful Lead Line Cook, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and be willing to improve on the job. The Lead Line Cook will have a working knowledge of all stations, restaurant recipes and standards and can operate the running of the hot line in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
