Job description
The Bartender has a full understanding of Aurelio’s food, beverages, craft beer, wine and specials. Primary responsibilities include building relationships with our guests; setting up, maintaining, and operating all aspects of the bar; and preparing service of beverages, in accordance with standard recipes. We’re all working toward one goal: making sure our guests can’t wait to come back. To be a great bartender at Aurelio’s you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm through it all.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of and passion for wine, beer and spirits
- Bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Outgoing personality; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Loves Guest service!

- Certified in responsible alcohol service including Naperville BASSET training
