Red Twig Cafe and Bakery is seeking new team members for our front-of-house staff!

We are a quick-service cafe, scratch bakery, and coffee roaster in the heart of downtown Edmonds. We pride ourselves on our seasonally-crafted food and drink menus, providing a safe and inviting space for the community, and working with our fellow team members to build and maintain a positive work environment. We are looking for hard workers with the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and show pride and attention to detail in every cup of coffee served.

We are currently hiring part-time baristas/servers for our front of house staff- full time is available for the right candidate!

COMPENSATION:

Baristas with a demonstrated proficiency in espresso service start at a base pay of $16/hr, with an average of $5-$10/hr in tips. Base pay is evaluated at regular intervals.

Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Must have night availability.

- Cafe hours are 7am-7pm 7 days a week. At least one weekend day of availability is required. Priority will go to those with afternoon/evening availability.
-Have the ability to stay self-motivated, utilizes down time effectively.
-At least 1 year serving or barista experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
-Acquire a food handler's permit within two weeks of hire date.
