• Adequate product and coffee knowledge along with skill in preparation according to established standards and guidelines
• Provides quality beverages, and food for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Take orders and prepare drink and food items
• Clean and replenish items throughout work shift, clean and maintain equipment, machines and tables repeatedly
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume periods of customer service.
• Deliver customer service excellence to all by responding with empathy and problem solving when necessary
• Follows operational policies and procedures, adherence to proper cash handling and complying with safety and security
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace and replace products and take inventory
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and services
• Must be sanitation certified and/or apply for the required certification
• This is a Full-Time position- must be able to work a varied schedule of 1st, 2nd, and mid shifts as needed. Must be able to work weekends.
