Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation to students
- Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods
- Maintain clinic/classroom sanitation
- Address student challenges
- Participate in instructor meetings
Minimum Requirements:
- Barber License Required
- 2-5 years behind the chair
- Aveda product knowledge/experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience training and coaching
- Flexible to work evenings and weekend
