What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Support the restaurant servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Follow all Hotel Service Standards

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Ability to work pantry, saute, hot appetizers & grill
• Proficient in sushi skills, preferred
• Culinary degree encouraged, but not required

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
