Job description

A Banking Services Representative provides professional and friendly customer service while processing a variety of banking transactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing Personal and Business Deposits
• Cashing checks
• Processing loan payments
• Researching and responding to customer inquiries/complaints
• Assisting customers in opening, closing, and maintaining consumer and business deposit accounts
• Performing routine account transactions such as address changes, ordering checks, resetting online passwords.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent customer service skills.

Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:45pm, Saturday hours are required on a rotational basis, 8:30am-12:15pm approximately every 3 weeks.
