As a Banker, you will provide Legendary Service to both internal and external customers by living our Core Values daily. You will conduct a variety of banking tasks such as handling deposits and withdrawals, payments, and maintaining accounts. You will performa variety of customer services, such as opening new accounts, loans and assisting customers with inquiries concerning products and services.You will engage with customers by exploring their needs and offering banking services and/or products that are in the best interest of the customer. You will engage other business units as necessary by making appropriate referrals of traditional and non-traditional banking products and services.

You have a passion for owning and managing projects and promoting a strong team and organizational culture. You are friendly, organized and enjoy adding value to the customer experience. You have a strong desire to learn and support the banking center with your authentic, fun and engaging attitude. You are a self-motivated, courteous and professional individual and can juggle tasks while keeping everything and everyone you support on time and in order.

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Basic math, computer and typing skills required.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance with flexibility to work hours as needed, including but not limited to rotating Saturdays, as determined to meet business needs.
  • Must possess good judgment skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
  • Will obtain and maintain NMLS license.
