Summary:

We are building our Restaurant Management Team and are currently searching for an energetic Manager! The Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store, and the duties may include any Hospitality, Culinary, Administrative, and Leadership functions necessary to run an effective brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintaining the highest quality standards in the Hospitality Industry

· Maintain profitability across Food, Liquor, Wine, Soft Beverage, Paper Products, and Labor in a high-volume, high-energy environment

· Lead all managers and team members in a professional and personal way to develop a crew that maintains standards through accountability and action

· Always maintain White Oak Hospitality Mission Statement and Brand Pillars.

· Maintain standards of food excellence and safety in conjunction with current Covid-19 practices and post-pandemic regulations

· Demonstrate the ability to grow in a company that will propel you to new feats in the Hospitality Industry

· Ensure that the restaurant is fully staffed at all times from the FOH to the BOH

· Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager

· Ensure culinary excellence and ensure excellent guest experience

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Minimum 1 years of salaried Manager experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment

· Ability to demonstrate cost control according to company standards

· Proficient in Excel

· Previous experience managing an extensive beverage program

· Demonstrated proficiency in Back of House functions

· Experience with inventory management systems

· Ability to delegate responsibilities when needed

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship

· Must have valid driver's license and own reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
