We are looking for people like you to work across all four sites and in all our specialist and generalist areas.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of the ward/department team, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, providing support and feedback on care provided. You will participate in the delivery of patient centred care, with a compassionate and professional attitude at all times, to your patients, carers and colleagues.
Working as part of the Multi-disciplinary team you will build relationships through safe effective and non-discriminatory communication and maintain high standards of professionalism with members of the team, patients, carers and relatives. You will develop key life skills and have opportunity to build your career, with the support of educators, mentors and clinical supervisors.
This is permanent hours full or part time. As we are a 24/7 service you will need to work days, Nights, weekend and some Bank Holidays. Most shifts start at 0730hrs for day time and 2000hrs for nights. Whilst most staff choose to work long shifts there are opportunities to work shorter days
Interviews will be 2 weeks from advert, some candidates will need to undertake and pass the BKSB functional skills test before Interview.
