Job Summary:

Manage daily operations under the direction of the general manager. Ensure kitchen sanitation according to health and safety guidelines. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure kitchen operation is smooth.

Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a skilled and creative baker to add to our growing back of house restaurant team. This role is responsible for the following:

• Designing, executing and improving recipes
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products
• Decorate and enhance finished baked items
• Work with front of house team to ensure their understanding of all products, including ingredients
• Greet customers and answer questions as needed
• Ensure a clean workstation with properly labeled food, stored at correct temperatures in accordance with DHEC standards
• Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings

• Restaurant365 accounting & inventory management software
• ADP HRIS and Payroll software
• UpServe/Lightspeed POS software
• Hotschedules/ScheduleFly/R365 calendar and scheduling software
