Job description

We have a delightful family in West Orange in search of a Full Time Nanny-FA for their almost 2 year old.

The schedule:

M-Th 8am - 6pm, F 8am -5pm

Total of 49 hours per week.

Additional date nights/overnights w advance notice.

Start date:

ASAP but flexible.

Commitment time frame:

Long term, multiple years into the future

The children:

-Almost 2yo boy - top of growth charts for height and weight. Loves to be chased on the

playground. Is very active.

-Is in a full time daycare program M-F.

-Nanny will need to care for him when he is home sick from school.

-In food therapy and speech therapy - nanny will be involved with both of those.

Qualifications

- Kind, loving, patient, and reliable

- Outgoing person who will dance, sing, jump around, and get excited with him.

- Someone who is intuitive to the child's needs but also willing to push him to try new things and be

independent. Help him to be the best human he can be.

- Cleanliness is valued and prioritized. Frequent hand washing.

-Occasional International and Domestic Travel with ample advance notice– valid passport needed

Requirements/Responsibilities for Household:

-Pets: friendly dog (walks, grooming appointments, vet appointments)

-Family Meals

-Laundry

-Driving Required- family car provided.

-Errand Running

-Dishes and kitchen clean up

-Maintenance in between weekly cleaning service

Vaccines:

-COVID Vaccine, Booster, and willing to stay up to date with future boosters

-Yearly Flu Shot

Additional details:

-Mom works full time in an extremely demanding role. Hybrid schedule.Travels for work frequently.

-Dad and grandparents will be in and out of the house throughout the day.

The family are offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation,

holidays, and sick/personal days. Pay is 100% on the books.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
