AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (All levels) Up to 3,000.00 signing bonus

Feist Automotive in Golden Valley is in the need of ASE master certified automotive technicians as well as General Service Technicians. This is rare opportunity for our AAA auto approved repair facility that is enjoying our 42nd year in business. Our shop has a multi-terminal network that includes Mitchell1 invoicing, repair information and customer retention along with Identifix, Sure Critic and AAA Auto Repair to help monitor our performance and customer base. Our shop is stream lined for real time access to repair, estimating and ordering information which allows us more time to address our customers symptoms, recommendations and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license
• Pass a drug test
• Pass background check
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive repair
• Experience using equipment such as; lifts, welders, scanners, tire machines, Fluid flushing machines, starting/charging system machines and more.
• Vocational degree in Automotive Repair or ASE Certifications preferred
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• The willingness and ability to changing circumstances and expectations.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and able to multi-task.
• Maintaining a punctual start time and personal appearance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have own tools.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Communicating directly with the Service Advisor regarding repairs needed.
• Keep area safe and clean
• Inspect and test drive vehicles
• Clearly document diagnostic procedures, findings, and recommendations.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle.

The previous master technicians that I've employed have earned $80k plus, many of them over $100k. General service technicians earn $50k plus in their first year.
