Looking for a qualified and experienced A tech to join our high-volume collision center. We offer aggressive pay plans including flat rate pay structure. An aggressive technician can make over $100k per

year. In addition, we also offer longevity / performance bonuses paid out every year before the Christmas holiday. At Executive we invest in our technicians with education and the tools to get the job done correctly and efficiently.

TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior automotive repair experience required. We are looking for qualified A-Tech
• ASE and manufacturer certification, preferred.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Strong communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license.
• Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning to required specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
• Repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers recommended procedures
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
• Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current and abreast of changing technology. Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
