Cavender Toyota, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Automotive Shop Cleaner to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”

Here is what you will be doing:

• Sweeps technician stalls, service department and body shop floors, showroom, halls and vending areas.
• Cleans all signs, posters, service signs, mirrors, fans and vending machines.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing any debris as necessary.
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
• Cleans oil storage tanks according to procedures.
• Drains and disposes of used oil filters properly.
• Removes any old scrap parts from shop after checking with parts manager.
• Assists technicians with oil and water spills and with emptying drain tubs.
• Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require protection.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Here is what you will need:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous janitorial and/or custodial experience, preferred
• Ability to work individually but stay motivated
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
• Must be eligible to work in the US
