Automotive Service Clerical Support Entry Level Full-time
Job description
Due to an impending promotion, Classic BMW, in Willoughby Hills, Ohio , is seeking to add a full-time Service Clerical Support representative to its Service department team.
The Service Clerical Support representative contacts our recent Service customers as a follow up to ensure complete satisfaction, calls our impending appointments to remind them of their appointed date/time as a courtesy, and contacts our Service customers to inform them of maintenance and/or safety issues that require their attention. This is a phone intensive position. Entry level.
