We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
• Schedule service appointments for customers and coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth operation of the service department.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up and retention purposes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure that service appointments are properly scheduled and customers are informed of any changes or delays.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and software applications.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Automotive industry experience a plus.
