As a Service Advisor at Taylor Tire & Automotive, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and listening to their requests
• Scheduling appointments and managing workflow
• Estimating costs and providing accurate quotes
• Conducting inspections and overseeing quality control of finished repairs
• Utilizing industry-specific software to streamline operations
• Communicating effectively with mechanics, customers, and management

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of automotive technology. You should be personable, sales-minded, and possess exemplary customer service skills.
