Primary Roles and responsibilities:

• Role of Sales Manager of New and Used Sales Departments.
• Responsible for New and Used Departments.
• Encourage and posses internal and external enthusiasm.
• Positive personality with determination for growth and success.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Be a leader, establish and maintain healthy culture.
• Adhere to the established standards for customer treatment.
• Train and maintain a sales organization that is aware of customer needs.
• Ensure profitability of the sales department through the sale of vehicles, Finance and Insurance, and other profit centers.
• Encourage and implement healthy working environment that is team oriented.
• Understanding of changes in competition and market conditions.
• Learn and maintain complete knowledge of current new and used inventories and availability.
• Possess knowledge of competitive products.
• Meet and review monthly and yearly goals with sales staff.
• Be responsible for ensuring sales floor has coverage at all times.
• Maintain a consistent adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular sales staff meetings.
• Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and assist in training in accordance with company policy.
• Conduct monthly sales staff reviews.
• Conduct yourself in an ethical and moral fashion at all times.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by Management.
• Desking and Inventory management experience.
• Production report reviews.
• Staff accountability based on required tasks.
• Appointment Confirmation

Qualifications:

High School diploma or the equivalent. 2 years prior automotive sales manager and or finance experience. Valid Indiana State drivers’ license. Professional personal appearance. Exceptional communication skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
