Busy, independent, and highly regarded automotive repair shop in Ponderay, ID is now accepting applications for quality, experienced, and highly motivated technicians to join our AAA Approved and ASE-certified team. Perfection Tire is now hiring. Our Master techs perform, but are not limited to the following work:

• Conduct thorough inspections of every vehicle.
• Embrace technology and use of diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional Diagnostic Skills a must.
• Use a detailed approach to the repair process.
• Thrive in a face pace environment, effective at multitasking.
• Communicate with service manager to obtain needed parts.
• Diagnostic experience is a must.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Leadership ability, and a willingness to share your knowledge to help build an even stronger team.
• Insurable.

Required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment, and can frequently lift weights up to 75lbs. We offer a fun place to work with great benefits including:
