Job Summary:

Speck Family Dealerships is currently seeking an Automotive Finance Manager. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales and negotiation skills, strong communication skills, be self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, reliable, and be a contributing team member!

Candidates MUST have 2 years Automotive Finance Manager experience with a proven track record of success and a be a leader. Bi-Lingual is a plus! We have over 700 new and used vehicles and one of the hottest new car franchises in the market. Speck Dealerships are a family owned and operated group with 111 years serving the Columbia Basin and Yakima Valley areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Offer vehicle financing options and provide every customer with a thorough presentation of aftermarket products, GAP, and Extended Warranties. Process finance and lease contracts and accurately secure approvals through financial sources. Must understand and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding consumer credit, bushing, and privacy laws. Must understand and uphold dealership policies and procedures for the Finance Department. Maintain dealership standard for sales and CSI. Establish and maintain good working lender relations and seek new lending institutions and finance opportunities. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years Automotive Retail Finance Manager experience required
• Self-motivated and High Energy personality
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building skills, and written and oral communication skills
• Must be Tech Saavy----Proficient in menu selling, Have experience with Automotive CRM and DMS programs, Outlook, MS Office, and good typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
