Honda North, an ICL company, is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys working in an office environment. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. This position is located in Danvers, MA. The CVR Clerk is responsible for registering new and used vehicles among other tasks. This person will be responsible for ensuring that any communication is done in a timely and professional manner. They are also responsible for daily bank deposit reconciliations, billing out Dealer swaps and Cashier coverage as needed.

Job Functions

• Daily bank deposit reconciliation
• Review funding delays and communicate to management
• Bill out dealer swaps as needed
• Register new and used vehicles through CVR
• Prepare bank contract packages for funding
• Post daily CVR batch
• Post daily contract in transit payments
• Stock in used vehicle purchases
• Daily/monthly G/L reconciliations as assigned
• Cashier coverage as needed
• File sales tax abatements as needed
• Refund customers as needed
• Reconcile monthly schedules as assigned for month end close

Requirements:

• CVR Experience / Certification preferred.
• Prior dealership experience preferred.
• Successful candidates will possess strong verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
• Computer proficiency, ability to learn and good telephone manner are required.
• Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, staff and customers.
• Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
