Responsibilities - Service Tech:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Inspect and test-drive vehicles to ensure vehicles run smoothly & safely
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors and all necessary parties to ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems and components
• Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses
• Complete required factory and dealership training
• Install equipment as specified by the customer or the company
• Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
• Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers
• Maintain professional and clean workspace
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Tech:

• Service Technician / Mechanic experience required
• CDJR experience or Chrysler Certified is a plus!
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment
• Valid driver’s license
