Run the day-to-day operation of Attractions, directly overseeing the Attractions Team Members. Operate various attractions following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times
• Train and develop Attractions Team Members, correcting behavior(s) as necessary
• Ensure execution of Standard Operating Procedures and Guest Excellence behaviors for assigned zone
• Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedules
• Monitor breaks and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Respond to atypical situations and down events as needed
• Accurately complete required daily, weekly, monthly documentation
• All responsibilities notated in the job description of a Attractions Team Member
• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age. If under 18 years of age, must be able to provide working papers prior to hire.
  • Attractions Team Leads under the age of 18 will primarily oversee attractions designed solely for children.
• Previous experience as a Attractions Team Member preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
