Job description
Operate various attractions following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times
- Deliver Guest Excellence being knowledgeable about the attractions and park
- Maintain constant attention and focus
- Operate attractions following Standard Operating Procedures
- Enforce participant requirements and attraction rules
- Execute emergency procedures, to include crowd control, as necessary
- Communicate via public address systems, radios and telephones
- Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
- Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
- Ability to work in high stress situations.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
